Welcome to TicketClicker (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, platform, or services (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  1. Overview
    TicketClicker is an online directory and marketplace that allows users to discover and book experiences, activities, and tours offered by independent third-party vendors (“Vendors”). TicketClicker does not own or operate any of the services or experiences listed.
  2. Eligibility and Use
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration or checkout

You may not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to access other user accounts or interfere with the platform
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse site content or features
  1. Vendor Listings
    Experiences listed on TicketClicker are created and managed by third-party Vendors. Vendors are solely responsible for:
  • The accuracy of listing content, pricing, photos, and availability
  • The fulfillment, safety, legality, and overall quality of their services
  • Maintaining and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licenses
  • Communicating with customers in a timely and professional manner

TicketClicker does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any individual listing or Vendor. Users participate in experiences at their own discretion and risk.

  1. Vendor Terms & Commission
    By signing up as a Vendor on TicketClicker, you agree to the following:
  • You grant TicketClicker the right to display and promote your listings on the Site and through affiliated marketing channels.
  • You are solely responsible for delivering the services listed in a timely, safe, and lawful manner.
  • You may set your own pricing and availability, but once a user books, you are obligated to fulfill the service.
  • You may set your own cancellation and refund policies; however, they must be clearly displayed on your listings.

Commission:
TicketClicker collects a commission on each successful booking made through the Site. The current commission rate is __% (to be defined). This fee is deducted automatically from the total transaction before payout.

Failure to fulfill booked services may result in refund requests, dispute claims, negative reviews, or account suspension.

  1. Vendor Payouts
    TicketClicker processes payouts to Vendors for completed bookings, minus any applicable commission or transaction fees. By using the platform as a Vendor, you agree to the following:
  • Payouts will be initiated only after the scheduled experience or service has been successfully delivered.
  • Payout timing may vary depending on the payment processor and settlement method used.
  • Vendors must provide accurate payout details (e.g., bank account or Stripe account) and are responsible for keeping that information current.
  • TicketClicker reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts in cases of:
    • Ongoing disputes or chargebacks
    • Violations of these Terms
    • Suspected fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation
  • Payouts are subject to transaction fees and processing timelines set by our payment provider(s).

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

  1. Bookings and Payments
    All bookings and payments are processed through WooCommerce, our integrated ecommerce platform. By placing a booking:
  • You agree to the specific details, pricing, and terms of the listing
  • You authorize the platform to process payment via the method you provide
  • You acknowledge that TicketClicker acts only as a facilitator of the transaction

Once a booking is made, the Vendor is responsible for delivery of the service.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds
    Each Vendor sets their own cancellation and refund policy. Users are responsible for reviewing this policy before booking.

TicketClicker does not guarantee refunds but may assist with dispute resolution at our discretion. All refund requests must be directed to the Vendor first.

  1. Account Responsibility
    If you create an account:
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  1. Limitation of Liability
    TicketClicker is not liable for:
  • Injuries, losses, damages, or disputes arising from a booked experience
  • Incorrect or misleading information in Vendor listings
  • Temporary site outages, bugs, or technical errors

All bookings are made at your own risk. Participation in any listed activity is solely between you and the Vendor.

  1. Intellectual Property
    All content on this Site, including the name TicketClicker, logos, layout, text, and graphics, is owned or licensed by TicketClicker and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without permission.
  2. Privacy
    Your use of the Site is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using TicketClicker, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
  3. Changes to the Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
